1973 FENDER JAZZ BASS Sunburst, Ash body, RW fingerboard, EXC OHC years later. Weight 4,8Kg code BA80

An absolutely original instrument in truly exceptional condition. New professional refrets so ready to play. It's the first half of the 1970s, and fortunately, Jazz Basses are still built "old-fashioned" with the beloved and irreplaceable four-bolt neck. The finish, of course, is no longer the old nitro, but the three-tone sunburst is still very beautiful and accurate. Everything is original and in perfect working order. There are no modifications or retouching. The hardware and electronics are in good order and original. Potentiometers are dated 1973. Slight traces of oxidation on the tuners and some small signs of wear on the finish around the edges, as shown in the photos. The rosewood fingerboard is beautifully figured, and like all instruments of the period, it has mother-of-pearl blocks and white binding. Classic Jazz Bass sound with very balanced and powerful pickups.. is still that classic "four-bolt" sound that defined the history of 20th-century music.
