The HD-28 is based on a D-28 but with an added herringbone mesh, as well as a zig-zag back mesh. This Dreadnought features a rosewood back and sides, a spruce top, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard. This light folk guitar, and very pleasant to hold in the hand, presents deep, woody and brilliant tones at the same time, with a beautiful harmonic balance. Its main difference from the D-28 remains its dam, which is lightened (scalloped).
